This is a sound effect taking place in the sewers. We can hear some kind of huge hatch opening in the background and then the rumbling of a huge wave coming in our direction. It’s a huge wave approaching at great speed, swallowing everything that is on its path in the tunnel.
The sewer tsunami passes by in a huge noise of the massive a mount of dirty water, until the calm comes back. You can almost smell the stink !
